Usage

# S3 method for class 'selection_simulation'
plot(x, trait_index = 1, type = c("mean", "gain"), ...)

Arguments

x

Object of class selection_simulation

trait_index

Which trait to plot (default: 1)

type

Type of plot: "mean" for mean genetic value, "gain" for genetic gain per cycle

...

Additional arguments passed to plot
